  • Actually no, whilst many agencies may lead you to believe that you are, this is not correct. You are able to terminate your agreement by notifying your Property Manager with the notice period required detailed in the agency agreement.

  • No, the process of switching management will not affect your current tenant whatsoever. Our office will directly communicate with your current property manager to conduct the handover and inform your tenant of the switch accordingly.

  • No. However, we will check for hidden fees with your current agreement before proceeding to hand-over management. If there are additional fees, HillsRE will cover it in full.

  • The process of switching management is seamless and easy and will typically take one week from start to finish, after the notice period for termination is satisfied.
